Pehchaan The Street School

At least 35 million children aged 6 - 14 years do not attend school. 53% of girls in the age group of 5 to 9 years are illiterate. Out of 25 million kids born in India every year 14.6 percent drop out of school for various reasons. Pehchaan The street school is an NGO working tirelessly for the educational upliftment of the kids in slum areas.
